Delivery Information

Delivery:

We offer free delivery for all orders that are within the Kensington / Randwick / Alexandria area, as well as lower north shore. Minimum orders and delivery fee’s may apply outside these areas, contact Packed Lunch for details.

Billing:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. 

American express attracts a 3% surcharge
Credit terms are available, request a credit application form from accounts@packedlunch.com.au

Operating Hours:

Our office is open for orders 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

48 Hours:

You should place orders 48 working hours in advance to ensure we can meet all your requirements.

For orders within 48 hours please contact Packed Lunch as soon as possible to discuss options. Our office is closed on weekends so please place orders for Tuesday in by Friday 11am.

Weekend Catering:

Add 10% surcharge, minimum order value applies

To secure your booking:

We require a faxed or emailed order for all orders, and a 30% deposit and signed terms and conditions for orders over $800.00 

GST

Our prices are quoted without GST, GST is applicable on all quoted prices and will be clearly itemised on your quote and invoice. Our ABN is 58 135 541 365

Insurance

You are responsible for arranging cover for valuable articles as you see fit.  You are financially responsible for any wilful damage or loss sustained to the premises and to the property by your guests during a function and for damage to or loss of equipment hired by us for you.  We will take all necessary care to safeguard the security of the property of you and your guests.
